  • Q: How waterproof is the product?

    Our product is designed to be water-resistant for everyday use. It can withstand hand washing and rain without any issues. It can also be worn while bathing, showering, or swimming, but avoid long-term submersion, sudden temperature changes, and high water pressure.

  • Q: Why does it not require charging?

    This ring uses NFC technology, similar to that used in Suica and other IC cards, which means it does not require charging. Simply hold a compatible smartphone near the ring to instantly share information.

  • Q: Can any smartphone read the data?

    Only smartphones with NFC functionality can read the data. You can check the list of compatible smartphone models here.

  • Q: How responsive is the NFC?

    Each HelloRing undergoes individual NFC response testing before shipping. The return rate due to NFC issues for our Standard Collection is very low, with an NFC malfunction rate of 0.3% and a URL writing issue rate of 0.3%.

  • Q: What if the ring size doesn't fit?

    The Standard Collection allows for some size adjustments. You can adjust the size by soaking the ring in 90-degree Celsius hot water for 10 seconds. After confirming that the ring has softened, you can adjust the size. *Attempting to adjust the ring while it is hard may cause it to break.

  • Q: Can I change the color or product?

    We apologize, but if you wish to change the color or product, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order for the desired product.
